This song has a very interesting history, having been originally recorded as “Weed smoker’s Dream” it was re-written by Kansas Joe and Herb Morand in 1936. It has been recorded by many different artist over the ages, including the Harlem Hamfats; Peggy Lee, and no other than Jessica Rabbit.
